Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the APx mobile application operated by APx ("we," "us," or "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using APx, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

APx is a social media management tool for content creators that provides analytics tracking, brand deal management, income tracking, and AI-powered coaching insights.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use APx. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Connected Social Accounts

You may connect third-party social media accounts (such as Instagram or TikTok) to APx. You represent that you have the authority to grant us access to those accounts. You may disconnect any social account at any time from within the app.

5. Subscription and Billing

APx offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or Apple's refund policy.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the app for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
  • Reverse engineer or decompile any part of the app
  • Use the app to violate the terms of any connected social media platform

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of APx are owned by APx and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your content remains yours; we claim no ownership over data you input into the app.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

APx is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that analytics data will be accurate at all times.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, APx shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from within the app.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict of law principles.
