APx ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application.

  • Social media account data you choose to connect (e.g., Instagram, TikTok follower counts, engagement metrics, post data)
  • Brand deal and income information you enter into the app
  • Device tokens for push notifications

  • To provide and improve the APx service
  • To display analytics and insights within the app
  • To send you reminders and notifications you have opted into
  • To generate AI-powered coaching suggestions based on your content data

3. Social Platform Data

When you connect a social media account (such as Instagram or TikTok), we access only the data you authorize through that platform's OAuth flow. We store access tokens securely on our servers and use them solely to retrieve your analytics. We do not sell or share your social data with third parties.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, which is hosted on AWS infrastructure. Access tokens are stored server-side and are never exposed to the client. We use industry-standard encryption (HTTPS/TLS) for all data in transit.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may delete your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

6. Third-Party Services

We integrate with the following third-party services: Instagram Graph API, TikTok Open API, Supabase, and Apple Push Notification Service. Each has its own privacy policy governing their data practices.

7. Children's Privacy

APx is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
